Location Is Most Important If You Have A Sign

As a Commercial realtor, I am constantly amazed by businesses that do not invest in a visible location for their building. This is probably the best and cheapest form of advertising they could get. Then there is an even more curious lot who buys a highly visible location and puts up a sign that is barely readable and/or doesn't tell the public what they do. Does this make any sense to you? Maintenance on waste water pipes or supply lines can be a costly repair. Just finding the location of the line and obstruction spot requires digging up half of the yard. This is especially difficult when the drain line runs under your building.

Thanks to modern technology, a less expensive cure is available with devices that pin point the exact locations so minimal excavation is required. In some cases, no excavation is required at all. The device finds the obstruction, identifies it and removes it.
