Keith Sultzbaugh has been practicing Industrial and Commercial Real Estate since 1975. Keith is a member of the Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. He also is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute and a Graduate of the Realtors Institute (G.R.I.), both designated under the National Association of Realtors.

A native of south central PA and a resident of the greater Harrisburg area for over 22 years, Kevin brings an Information Technology background to the team. Kevin held various positions with progressively increasing responsibilities. One aspect of his previous employment was negotiating multi-year, multi-million dollar, international contracts.

Kevin is a graduate of Shippensburg University with a degree in Business. Upon graduation, he was employed by Carlisle Corporation in Carlisle, PA as a programmer analyst. Later, he was promoted to the position of Senior Analyst and worked for a division of Carlisle Corporation in Ridgway, PA. After four years with Carlisle Corporation he accepted a position with Harsco Corporation as Manager, Information Technology. Later he was promoted to Director, IT. He was employed by Harsco for 22 years. His analytical and managerial skills adds depth and breadth to the team.

In 2005, he left Harsco to begin in a new career in real estate. He is a member of the Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors, PA Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. Kevin is in the process of obtaining his CCIM certification.
